Interns help us learn. By challenging their own thinking, they challenge ours. Each intern that 50,000feet has welcomed into our culture has brought fresh energy and a new perspective on how the world works.

This summer, Isabella Maradiaga joined 50,000feet as a Junior Design Intern. In her own words, Isabella strives to be a creative leader who advocates, empowers and encourages others to uncover their own strengths. Working alongside cross-disciplinary teams, Isabella was able to use her passion to make an impact on several client and agency initiatives. Prior to joining our ranks, she gained valuable skills working in the U.S., Cambodia, Honduras and Costa Rica while expanding her world perspective through a study abroad program in Germany. In addition to her professional experience, Isabella has served in multiple student marketing roles at her university.

Returning to Abilene Christian University for her final year, Isabella plans to graduate with a dual degree in Graphic Design and Marketing in the spring of 2022. We wish her the best, and we can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.

As fall arrives, we are excited to welcome our newest intern, Max Weiss. Max is a senior at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, majoring in Design and Visual Communications. He brings a background in design, illustration and marketing to our team, and we are looking forward to working together.

When we think of interns, we think of people who want to learn by doing and dwell in the details while never losing sight of the big picture. Emerging design professionals like Isabella and Max embody these qualities and make our 50,000feet experience even more fulfilling. If our challenging and collaborative environment sounds like a good fit for you, we encourage you to explore open positions on our careers page.
