Northwest Healthcare Properties, which focuses on healthcare real estate, needed a rebrand. A real estate investment trust, it owns and operates a portfolio of more than 230 income-producing properties in eight countries.

 

The company tapped the brand consultancy/creative agency 50,000feet to develop a stronger visual identity, including revamping its website to make it more helpful to users and investors. The push is a new brand promise: “connecting place and possibility.” The updated site better supports the corporation's goals of sustainability, as well as improves access to reports and metrics for investors and users.

 

There is also a redesigned careers section to align the global team with professional development and ongoing specialized education.

 

50,000feet, which has offices in Chicago and New York, has worked with varied clients, including Mastercard, SONY, BMW and Knoll.
